At CleanEco Solutions, your satisfaction is our priority.

🧾Refund Policy

  • If you're not happy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will offer a free re-clean of the affected area.

  • Refunds are only considered if the issue cannot be resolved after a re-clean.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $25 fee.

  • If we can't access the location at the scheduled time, a 50% fee may be charged.

  • Gift cards and promotional services are non-refundable.

📜 Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with CleanEco Solutions, you agree to the following terms:

  1. 🔑 Service Access
    You are responsible for ensuring property access at the scheduled time. Failure may result in a 50% service fee.

  2. 📆 Cancellations & Rescheduling
    You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

  3. 🌟 Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll re-clean the area for free.
    👉 Refunds are considered only after a re-clean attempt.

  4. 💳 Payments
    Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
    We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and Cash.

  5. ⚠️ Damage or Loss
    If our team causes damage, you must report it within 48 hours.
    Claims after that may not be eligible for compensation.

  6. 🚫 Right to Refuse Service
    We reserve the right to refuse/discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or violate our policies.
